Analýza ekonomických rizik v průmyslových podnicích

Abstract

The target of this Bachelor thesis is analysis of economic risks, to which are all industrial companies on the whole world exposed. Thesis is divided into four sections. In the first part I focused onto term "risk" itself and it's definition. Second chapter mentions managers and theirs potentially approaches to risks in companies, mainly in decision making area. In the third chapter I tried to describe each economical risks, e.g. risks conected to development of exchange rate, inflation risks or risks connected with business contracts. The last fourth chapter contains risks of legal persons and their operation of joint-stock company and Limited Liability Company. This thesis should serve to all those, that are constantly exposed to economic risks.
