Abstract

The subject I am going to deal with in my bachelor thesis is the procedure of walling the 1st floor in a block of flats, the contract documents to the extend of a building licence, the building-up schedule, the drawing of the building site and the building’s budget. The contruction of the block of flats is built in a complex brick system Heluz. The building has 3 overground floors. The roof is flat. There are 2 accommodation units on the 1st floor sized 1+1 (one room plus kitchen), sharing a hall, a staircase, a room for prams and an utility room. On the 2nd floor there are 2 accommodation units sized 2+1 (two rooms plus kitchen), sharing a hall and a staircase. A loggia belongs to every one of the flats situated on this floor. The 3rd floor is identical in the 2nd floor except the loggias which are replaced by balconies. The building is rectangle-shaped with salient construction of the loggias and the balconies.
