Analýza stavu plnění specifických požadavků na kvalitu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the identification of fulfillment of specific requirements for suppliers of MGL s.r.o. from 2014 to 2015 in order to analyse critical areas and propose possible solutions for the future. The theoretical part describes the topic of joint planning and collaboration with suppliers, as well as the details of the current approach to the requirements for the delivery of products before the start of serial deliveries. The practical part is devoted to the description of the current approach to planning in MGL company, placing CSR demands on suppliers and the analysis of the performance of the initial submission of PPAP requirements for the approval for serial production. The weakest requirements were also identified with the support of quality management tools and possible measures to improve the situation were proposed.
