Abstract
Bachelor´s thesis deals with comparison of methods leading to SWOT assesment analysis. SWOT analysis of company Dalkia Czech Republic, a.s has been used for this purpose. This company is focused on cogeneration production of electricity and heat as well. The company Dalkia is presented in the first part of my thesis, there is also explained what SWOT analysis is formed with, what it is used for and how the right SWOT matrix should look like. Next my thesis is concerned with particular methods which SWOT analysis can be evaluated with. Practical part of my thesis deals with comparison of methods and their assesment including the choice of the most convinient of them.
