Studie vícegeneračního bydlení na ulici Provaznická, Ostrava Jih

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh vícegeneračního bydlení v nezastavěném území podél severní strany ulice Provaznická v Ostravě Jih, která je součástí městské části Hrabůvka. Navržené bydlení je určeno pro všechny typy domácností, ať už půjde o mladé jedince, rodiny s dětmi, stárnoucí páry nebo osoby s potřebou asistence. Samotnému návrhu předcházel průzkum dnešního stavu lokality a jeho urbánního okolí a byly vyhodnoceny limity pro využití řešeného území. V této práci jsou popsány tři varianty řešení území, vybraná varianta je poté vypracována v rozsahu studie. Součástí práce je také propočet finančních nákladů na realizaci navrženého řešení.

The subject of the Bachelor thesis is a proposal for a generation living in undeveloped territory situated along the northern side of the street Provaznicka in Ostrava Jih which is a part of Hrabuvka town district. Proposed housing is designed for all types of households, whether it would be young individuals, families with children, the elderly couples or persons with a need of assistance. The suggestion was preceded by a survey of the current state of the location and its urban surroundings and the limits for the use of the territory were assessed. In this thesis I propose three solutions; each particular option is then described and worked through. A part of the work is also a calculation of the financial cost of implementing of the proposed solutions.
