Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the renewal of the cadastral work by new mapping of the real estate cadastre of the Czech Republic, especially at the stage of determining the course of borders. Part of the work is a historical overview of mapping on the territory of the Czech Republic from its beginnings to the present. Historical maps form the map base on which the border course is determined. The progress of the works in determining the course of the borders is analyzed. The work is aimed at the possibility of increasing the efficiency of the work by using modern technological procedures, i.e. the processing of field sketches in the MapOO application, and the resulting economic savings when working at this stage. It is necessary to constantly increase the support of modern technologies in the field and during software processing, to create and improve software that will support the increase in the efficiency of the work of employees working on the restoration of the cadastral operation with new mapping.
