Business continuity plán organizace

Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of business continuity management of organizations. The introductory chapter deals with the theoretical basis of business continuity. The individual steps required to process a business continuity plan are also described. These steps include analysis of the impact on the organization, risk assessment. The state of use of business continuity management in the Czech Republic and abroad is also assessed here. The following chapter deals with the content of the business continuity plan. The main part of the work is the creation of a business continuity plan for the organization.
