The subject of this thesis is a survey and an analysis of the current state of pedestrian routes in urban district Ostrava - Jih along Horní Street, Part II. in terms of barrier-free use. The analysis is based on a photo documentation and measurements of examined critical points. The output are sample designs of potential solutions . These recomendations are in accordance with the National Development Programme Mobility for All, programmes of the State Transport Infrastructure Fund and with the corresponding legislation, especially with the Ordinance 398/2009 Sb. on municipal technical requirements ensuring the barrier-free use of facilities.
