Abstract

Bc. Lukáš Martinek: Low-energy administration masonry building, Master Thesis, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, 2012, Number of pages 71. The task of the Master thesis is the working-out of project documentation, which consists of two separate units. The construction part of object constitutes the first unit of the thesis. The heating technical properties of the building, proposal of heating and the source of warm, the inner water pipes and sewage system constitute the second separate unit. There is a textual and a drawing part as a a component of both units. The aim of the Master thesis was to create an administrative brick building, which would fulfil low-energy norm. Furthemore, there was an effort to create functional disposition in a way that overall office area constituted at least 75 - 80% of whole floor area. The building is designed to be three-floor, where the first floor is barrier-free. The system "Porotherm" by the company Wienerberger is used as a bearing system of the building. The roof construction is solved by two counter roof flat surfaces made from wooden tie beams nailed together. The object is placed on an estate, which belongs to cadastral area of village Určice.
