Abstract

Subject of this thesis is to develop architectural and engeneering documentation for the construction implementation of Family house in Velká Polom according to Regulation No. 499/2006 Coll. As a basis for the preparation of this document serve architectural and urban study conducted in the subject Studio Work I and also documentation for building permit, conducted in the subject Studio Work Va. The aim of the thesis was to design a house for the modern family of four with two adults, two children of highschool age and to create covered parking place for a car. The proposal was developed to meet the requirements of the most families in private use. The layout of the residential part is designed into two zones, divided through floors. The ground floor common area is designed so that family members can fully spend time together with connection to the garden usage. Overhead quiet zone includes a children's room, bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and corridor. The entire floor is solved linearly, and the resulting long corridor allows owners to exhibit their paintings and photographs, which are dealt with in his free time. The family has a garden that is the divided by the object into two parts, on the part of the small growing herbs and relaxing part.
