Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti velkoobchodního podniku s textilní galanterií

Abstract

This work is focused on the evaluation of competitiveness. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of a wholesale company with textile haberdashery, compare the results with the competition and find a competitive advantage. In the first part of the work, theoretical terms related to entrepreneurship and competitiveness are described, the methodology of the work is also defined, all according to professional sources. Competitiveness is analyzed through several methods, which are PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, financial analysis, VRIO analysis and benchmarking. Based on these analyses, it is established that the monitored company is competitive. The work also includes recommendations that will help the company to consolidate its market position.
