Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is debt recovery in execution. It is divided into practical part focused on the explanation of the basic terms and theoretical part dealing with efficiency of debt recovery in execution in the Czech Republic within 2001 to 2010.
In the first chapter there are the basic terms as executor, executory office, executory proceedings explained. Further there are the means and conditions of execution process elaborated.
The second chapter focuses on debt recovery execution process describing complete execution from the beginning to the end in detail.
The third chapter is devoted to the analysis of efficiency of debt recovery in execution. The statistics of Executory Chamber of the Czech Republic of the years 2001 – 2010 serves as the basis for above mentioned analysis. In this part I mainly deal with the number of new, terminated and non-terminated executions. In the frame of this evaluation I discuss both efficiency of debt recovery in execution and I try to provide with possible measures, by which it could be improved.
The aim of this thesis is not only the basic terms determination but especially to point out possible non-efficiency of this executory process and recommendations, which could eventually change the present status.
