Abstract

The aim of the bachelor work is find out wage differences among Regions in the Czech Republic and introduce reasons why the Regions are different. This work is mainly focused on the people, which are interested about the structure and amount of wages among Regions in the Czech Republic. It is related specifically to the younger people, which are adjudicating on their future place of work and amount of wages. The way of finding out the goals and results comes from many analyses and statistic facts from Czech statistical office. That means facts and results are trustworthy. In the first part bachelor work is engaged in theoretical aspects and explaining economical terms, which are important for the following two practical chapters, where you can find wage evolution in the Czech Republic since 1993 and main part about wage differentiation among Regions in the Czech Republic. There is also wage comparison between the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic and comparison of wage evolution between these two countries after the Czech and Slovak Federative Republic broke-up.
