Analýza realitního trhu v okrese Ostrava

Abstract

This bachelor thesis aims analysis of real Estate Market in district Ostrava city and it is all focused on villas, houses, apartmens and grounds, which are located in Ostrava city. First theoretical part includes the explanation of basic concepts, as property, construction and buildings, grounds, valuation and market value too. These concepts are here explained to better understanding the issue. There are characteristic and explanation of functioning real estate market too, at the first part. At the second part of my work you can see practical analysis of real estate market in district Ostrava, the characteristic includes especially price comparison of different parts in this disctrict. In this work you can also find analysis of the impact of mining activities to property prices in this district.
