Stabilizace a rozvoj firmy na českém trhu

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce s názvem „Stabilizace a rozvoj pozice firmy na trhu v ČR“ je nalezení možností pro vytvoření lepší konkurenční pozice konkrétní firmy. Práce vycházela z teorie konkurenceschopnosti firmy a především z konkrétních metod strategického managementu. Na základě těchto metod, které pomohly popsat nejdůležitější vlivy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku, byla odvozena doporučení pro upevnění a rozvoj pozice dané firmy.

The main subject of this theses „.Stabilisation and Development of a Company in the Czech Market“ is finding the possibilities for a better competitive position of a concrete company. The theses is built upon the theory of the competitiveness of a company and methods of the strategic management. Concrete recommendations for the strengthening and improvement of company's position are based on those methods, which helped to descibe the most important internal and external influences of the company's environment,
