Abstract
The task of this bachelor thesis is to adapt the project documentation for the construction of the building - Office building, according to regulation No. 499/2006 Coll. and the ČSN 73 535 standard. Basis for the thesis was an urban study from the courses Studio Work III., Studio Work IV. and subsequent project documentation for building permit from subject Studio Work Va.
The main objective of the project was urban development on the lot among Českobratrská, Sládková, Hornopolní and Místecká streets. Consequently, solve one of the buildings as an office building with open offices.
