Úprava systému motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je napsána na téma motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První teoretická část zkoumá teorii motivace a druhá část práce ověřuje, jak jsou zaměstnanci motivováni v praxi, a proto byla vybraná nezisková organizace, kde byl pomocí dotazníku, rozhovoru a dalších metod proveden výzkum. Na základě zjištěných informací byly následně doporučený informace, který budou nápomocné pro zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců.

The bachelor thesis is written on the topic of employee motivation in a selected organization. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part examines the theory of motivation and the second part of the thesis verifies how employees are motivated in practice, therefore a non-profit organization was selected where research was conducted using a questionnaire, interview and other methods. Based on the findings, information was then recommended that will be helpful to increase employee motivation.
