Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the competition of company Elvyp Ltd. from the five strongest competitive companies in the market for district heating technology in Čadca. The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter contains a theoretical analysis of the competition starting. The second chapter is devoted to the characterization of Elvyp Ltd., its competitors and Slovak gas market. The third chapter is the research methodology, which used the method of Mystery Shopping by observation. The actual data collection was carried out using the evaluation form, evaluating the exterior and interior firm, company employees, company products and customer communication. The fourth chapter presents an analysis of competing companies surveyed. Evaluate their competitive position in the market for heating equipment in the district of Čadca. The last fifth chapter proposes and recommends improvements for the studied company Elvyp Ltd..
