Abstract

Thesis "Investments voluntary association of municipalities" identifies and assesses the management of a voluntary association of municipalities Valašsko – Horní Vsacko in the years 2007 - 2011. Its aim is to determine whether budgets that were approved in those years were balanced, deficit or surplus. Furthermore, to determine the percentages of individual income and expenditure to total income and expenditure. The secondary objective is to introduce the investment project of a voluntary association of municipalities - implementation of bike paths Bečva 31.33 km in length, methods of financing, the share of own resources and grants, the calculation of total expenditure on bike path in each municipality and the costs per 1 km of cycle paths. The work is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, the second part deals with the characteristics and problems of local community collaboration. The third chapter focuses on the functioning of voluntary associations of municipalities, the conditions of their formation and their management. The fourth part focuses on a comprehensive economic analysis of voluntary association of municipalities Valašsko - Horní Vsacko investment and action on bicycle path Bečva. The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
