Abstract
The aim of Diploma thesis is a proposal of suitable strategy which should be implemented by company to reach successful results in bussines. The thesis is structured in five chapters, when the first chapter is Introduction and the final one Conclusion. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to strategy and strategic management. In the third chapter is choosen company introduced with it´s management in the past and at present time. The forth chapter include external analysis, internal analysis and proposal of strategy. In the practical part were used: Environmental analysis, Porter´s model of five competition powers, Analysis of internal assessment. Their results are evaluated in SWOT analysis. Suitable strategy is defined with help one of Porter´s competiton strategies. Strategy formulation contains new company´s vision, mission and goals. In the end there are described particular steps which contribute to hit the mark.
