Zhodnocení finanční pozice společnosti

Abstract

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je realizace finanční analýzy a zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti Coca-Cola HBC Česká republika s. r. o. za sledované období 2010 – 2014. Práce je rozčleněna na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce je popis metodiky, její podstata, cíle finančního zdraví podniku, hlavní uživatelé a zdroje. Velký prostor byl poskytnut postupům finanční analýzy a jejím ukazatelům, jako jsou horizontální a vertikální analýza, analýza vybraných poměrových ukazatelů a pyramidový rozklad ukazatele rentability vlastního kapitálu. V praktické části bakalářské práce je provedena finanční analýza společnosti Coca-Cola HBC Česká republika, s. r. o. Úvod této části představuje samotné představení společnosti, vymezení jejího rozsahu podnikání a nastínění organizační struktury. Následná aplikace analýzy vychází z účetních výkazů z let 2010 – 2014 a výročních zpráv. Na závěr jsou shrnuta zjištěná fakta realizované finanční analýzy a navrhnuta doporučení, které mohou vylepšit už již dobrou finanční situaci firmy.

The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to conduct financial analysis and to evaluate the financial situation of Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic Ltd. over the monitored period 2010 - 2014. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part of the thesis is description of the methodology, its essence, goals of the financial health of the company, the main users and resources. Great scope was provided by financial analysis procedures and its indicators, such as horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of selected ratios and pyramidal breakdown of return on equity. Financial analysis of Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic, Ltd is made in the practical part of the Bachelor Thesis. Introduction of this part is the presentation of the company itself, definition of its scope of business and outline of the organizational structure. The subsequent application of the analysis is based on the 2010-2014 accounting statements and the annual reports. In conclusion, we summarize the findings of the financial analysis and propose recommendations that can improve already good financial situation of the company.
