Návrh na spolufinancování brownfields z Evropských fondů

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to propose co-financing of the browfield object. The first part of the work deals with the theoretical background and familiarization with the importance of brownields, introduces menanig to the general issue of brownfields both in our territory and in the world. Another part of the thesis is focused on portfolios of grant titles with a focus on realization of brownfield project and regeneration. Individual titles are clearly divided into individual bodies, containing basic information about the possibilities of drawing a subsidy from European funds.

The main part of the work is focused on the elaboration of a practical project of co-financing brownfields. I realized this project thanks to cooperation with the company Realizace dotací s.r.o. based on the demand by the company TEKO TECHNOLOGY s.r.o. which is the applicant for support. This project is supported by Operational Program Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Competitiveness (OP PIK) under the title of grant title SAVEING ENERGY IV. This object is located in Ostrava - Přívoz. This year 2019 the project was implemented and the result of the work can be seen in Ostrava - Přívoz. Now, TEKO TECHNOLOGY s.r.o., which is engaged in the renovation of toners, is located in the building.
