Abstract

Evaluation of teamwork in a selected company This thesis is concerned with evaluation of teamwork in a selected company. Nowadays teamwork is a very current topic, because human resources are considered to be the main and the strongest factor in an organisation's ability to compete. For the thesis a smaller company has been chosen called ČistéDřevo, s.r.o., which owns an e-shop with wooden products. The main aim of the thesis was to evaluate and assess the current state of teamwork in the selected company and a verification of preset research questions. The aim was achieved via a combination of two methods of teamwork analysis namely questionnaire investigation and semi-structured interview. In the conclusion proposals and recommendations are listed, which can be useful for the selected company to improve the quality of the current teamwork.
