Abstract
M & M reality holding a.s. is the biggest real estate agency in the Czech Republic. The company negotiates selling and leasing real estate - houses, flats, land. The aim of mystudy was to evaluate the financial health of the selected company and application of financial analysis, the methodology of extracting conclusions involving in the package of recommendations. I made the analysis and created some business and financial proposals for the enterprise.
