Rozšíření příručky kvality v organizaci metalurgické výroby v souladu s požadavky normy ČSN P ISO/TS 16949.

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je rozšíření příručky kvality v organizaci metalurgické výroby v souladu s požadavky normy ČSN P ISO/TS 16949. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována managementu kvality, dále se také zabývá principy managementu kvality, koncepcí managementu kvality, normami v automobilovém průmyslu a dokumentací systému managementu kvality. Praktická část je zaměřená na charakteristiku vybrané společnosti včetně popisu jejích produktů. Diplomová práce také obsahuje návrhy čtyř směrnic, kterými jsou: návrh směrnice FMEA návrhu výrobku, návrh směrnice FMEA procesu, návrh směrnice Kontrolní plán a návrh směrnice PPAP.

The subject of this thesis is to extend the quality manual in the organization of metallurgical production in accordance with the requirements of the ČSN P ISO / TS 16949 standard. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part deals with the quality management, as well as quality management principles, concepts of quality management, standards in the automotive industry and quality management system documentation. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of a selected company, including the description of its products. Furthermore, the thesis contains the proposals of four directives, which are: draft of the FMEA directive on product design, draft of the directive of FMEA Process, draft of the directive of the Control plan and the draft of the PPAP directive.
