Abstract
The diploma thesis entitled Evaluation of quality standards in selected municipal libraries is focused on evaluating the fulfillment of quality standards of a good library of selected 15 municipal libraries according to the TOPSIS model for the years 2016 and 2020. The work contains a simple evaluation of meeting the standards of a good library, evaluation of multicriteria analysis according to the TOPSIS model in the context of Model I. and Model II. and analysis of selected library outputs. At the end of the work are summarized the results in the context of established hypotheses H1 and H2.
