Abstract

SCHOTTKOVÁ, Veronika.: Identifikace vybraných chemikálií v kontaminovaných vzorcích vod. Bakalářská práce, Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2017, 62 s.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací vybraných chemikálií v kontaminovaných vzorcích vod. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou zahrnuty potřebné informace k daným metodám, přístrojům pro měření a dále také zmiňuje historické havárie na povrchových vodách a odkalištích. Nalezneme zde i návrh postupu pro odběr, přepravu, uchování a přípravu vzorku kontaminované vody pro analýzu na přístroji GC/MS Griffin 460. Praktická část této práce se týká přípravy a následné analýzy vzorků kontaminovaných vod. Závěrem je uvedena diskuze celé práce.

This bachelor thesis deals with the identification of selected chemicals in contaminated water samples. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes necessary information to the methods, instruments for measurement and also mentions a historical accident on surface waters and tailings ponds. We can find here also a draft procedure for collection, transportation, storage and preparation of contaminated water sample for analysis on the unit GC/MS Griffin 460. The practical part of this work concerns the preparation and subsequent analysis of samples of contaminated water. Finally, the above discussion throughout the work.
