Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was to streamline the competitiveness of a particular restaurant facility in the Olomouc region. First, it was found the current posture of the restaurant and an analysis of the competitiveness of the enterprise, using various methods, which have included: macro analysis, Porter's five competitive forces analysis, marketing research, more precise method of interviewing and observation, the SWOT analysis and the method of paired comparisons. The results were compared with the closest competitors in the restaurant and at the end of the restaurant was proposed actions and recommendations to streamline its competitiveness and strengthen its market position.
