Abstract

The bachelor's thesis is focused on performing an experiment on the teaching module CE581 for water treatment, including the preparation of raw model water suitable for these experiments. The acquired knowledge will be used in the preparation of the laboratory task. The theoretical part of this work is focused on the types of water and their characteristics, it also describes the processes and technologies that are used for water treatment in the production of drinking and process water. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the description of the training module CE581 for water treatment. The practical part of this work is focused in detail on the preparation of raw (model) water, its treatment by the mentioned module processes of filtration, adsorption and ion exchange and in the final part of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the results of monitored indicators in water treated by using the teaching module.
