Motivace zaměstnanců firmy Brano Group, a.s.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with motivation of employees from BRANO GROUP, a. s. company. The aim of bachelor thesis is to analyze the current motivation´s system, alternatively to make changes of this system or recommend and increase the efficiency of employee benefits system. First part of this thesis describe the theory of employees motivation, employee benefits, remunerate of employees and data collection. Practical part starts with introduction of BRANO GROUP, a. s. company, which I was co-operated with in data collection process for this thesis. Then it ensues with analysis of data from questionnaire. Conclusion this thesis is devoted to evaluate of results which are based on motivation, remuneration of employees and employee benefits and the resultant proposals and recommendations.
