Simulace kardiotokografických scénářů

Abstract

The aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to prepare scenarios of cardiotocographic waveforms both for testing the reaction time of cardiotocographs and to select suitable representative waveforms for simulation of natural and complicated birth. The theoretical part focuses on the principle of cardiotocography, the existing technique of cardiotocographs and the study of the FIGO classification, which forms the basic basis for the interpretation of cardiotocographic recordings. The practical part deals with the determination of parameters of critical scenarios for subsequent measurement of the reaction time of cardiotocographs. Furthermore, five cardiotocographic scenarios are defined based on the FIGO classification, ranging from physiological to pathological. Five scenarios simulating natural and complicated childbirth have been selected and may find their use in simulation centers. The practical part is concluded with a statistical evaluation of measured cardiotocograph reaction time data. The statistical analysis deals with the determination of hypotheses based on graphical outputs and the evaluation of basic parameters. The established hypotheses are then evaluated by statistical tests to highlight the issues of cardiotocographs.
