Abstract

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the 5S methodology and its application to real work process in the manufacturer of heating technology. The target of bacherol’s thesis is to analyze the current status on the chosen workplace and create the manual with suggestion how to apply 5S method. Theory’s part of the bachelor thesis introduces methods for improving proceses like a kaizen and 5S methodology. In a practise part you will be introduced with produce company and the chosen workplace. The following part include analysis of current status and proposal for implementation 5S methodology on chosen workplace. Finally is summary of the initial state of the workplace and suggestions for improvement.
