Návrh stratégie podniku

Abstract

Táto diplomová práca pod názvom „Návrh stratégie podniku“ sa zaoberá teoretickou a praktickou stránkou strategického managementu. Teoretická časť popisuje proces tvorby podnikovej stratégie zahŕňajúci deskripciu internej a externej analýzy podnikateľského prostredia. V praktickej časti sú aplikované teoretické poznatky, pričom je vykonaná strategická analýza konkrétneho podniku, ktorá slúžila ako podklad pre následnú formuláciu optimálnej stratégie.

This diploma thesis with the title “Design of Company Strategy“ deals with theory and practice of strategic management. The theoretical part describes the process of business strategy generation including the description of internal and external analysis of enterprise environment. The theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part of the thesis, which contains the strategy analysis of the concrete company, on which basis the optimal strategy is formulated.
