Abstract

This master thesis deals with unmanned aerial vehicles used by emergency services with prediction of its future development in units of the Czech rescue system. The theory part is focused on the actual Czech law regulation of UAV operations, types of construction concepts and selected construction items, connection and controls. The practical part is focused on the analysis of using UAV for protection of population and actual using by emergency units in Czech republic, in Germany, in Slovakia and in Poland. Finally there is a summary of the ascertained information with prediction for the Czech rescue units.
