Abstract

This bachelor thesis is concerned with the relationship between subjects in the framework of Agency employment and theirs statutory obligations to ensure OSH. Responds to the current state of Czech legislation of Agency employment in accordance with international legislation. It describes the conditions, procedure to creation, checks of Agency employment and especially statutory obligations for individual subjects - agency of work, temporary employee and users. For selected profession in bakeries are given information about obligations of Agency employment and ensuring OSH by valid legislation. On the basis of facts is prepared the proposal to ensure OSH in the framework of Agency employment.
