Vliv nelegální skládky na život a zdraví obyvatel Kralic na Hané

Abstract

This diploma thesis addresses the issue of potential risks to public health and the environment arising from the presence of selected contaminants originating from an illegal landfill in the municipality of Kralice na Hané. The aim of the thesis is to assess the extent of groundwater contamination and to evaluate the risks associated with the presence of these substances in the given locality. The practical part of the thesis is based on an analysis of groundwater quality monitoring results, with a particular focus on a domestic well, and their comparison with applicable hygienic and environmental limit values. Based on a multicriteria risk assessment of selected contaminants, the substance with the highest risk potential is identified, and measures aimed at reducing possible negative impacts on public health and the environment are proposed.
