Zpracování a využití TKO pro výrobu alternativního paliva

Abstract

Autor Zoltán Pálmai se v této diplomové práci věnuje využití komunálního odpadu pro jeho další využití. V úvodní části jsou popsány základní informace o vzniku zpracovatelského subjektu a základní informace o komunálních odpadech. V další části je popsaná výrobní paletizační linka. Zde jsou popsány přípravné a pomocné procesy, dále pak výrobní linka s finálními výrobky – peletkami. Hlavním účelem této diplomové práce je využití peletek pro zplyňování a jejich vliv na vedlejší provozy, které jsou na sobě závislé. Hnědé uhlí je zplyňováno v generátorech s osmi procentním přídavkem peletek. Hlavním úkolem je porovnávání výkonů a výroba vedlejších produktů mezi čistým uhlím a uhlím s příměsí peletek. Podrobné zkoušky jsou popsány v další části diplomové práce. Výroba energetického plynu (energoplynu) zplyňováním odpadů či dalších alternativních paliv se jeví jako vhodná a průmyslově ověřená technologie budoucnosti.

In the following diploma thesis called „Treatment and use of solid municipal waste for production of an alternative fuel“, the author Zoltan Palmai focuses on treatment of municipal waste for its further use. In the introductory part, basic information is given on the origin of the treating subject and on municipal wastes. In the following part, the pellet production line is described. Preparation and assistant processes are described here, then the production line itself and the final products – pellets. The main objective of this thesis is the use of pellets for gasification and their influence on secondary operations that are interdependent. Brown coal is gasified in generators with an addition of eight per cent of pellets. The main task is the comparison between pure coal and coal with the additive of pellets in terms of performance and production of secondary products. Detailed tests are described in the next part of the thesis. The production of energy gas through gasification of waste or other alternative fuels appears to be a suitable and industrially verified technology of the future.
