Implementace controllingu ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh implementace controllingu do vybraného podniku. Struktura diplomové práce je tvořena třemi částmi. První část se zabývá teoretickými východisky controllingu. Vymezení pojmu controlling, definování pojmů užívaných v controllingu a popis vybraných metod. Ve druhé části je představen vybraný podnik, jeho organizační struktura a základní finanční analýza. Ve třetí části je nejdříve představen současný stav controllingu a analýza nákladových středisek, dále je navrhnuta implementace controllingu formou projektu a doporučené nástroje controllingu pro daný podnik.

The goal of the diploma thesis is to propose the implementation of the controlling to selected company. Structure of the diploma thesis consists of three parts. The first part defines the theoretical basis of the controlling. Definitions of controlling, definitions of terms used in controlling and description of selected methods. Second part include introduction of the selected company, organizational structure of company and basic financial analysis. In third part is at first the current situation of using controlling, cost centers analysis, then is proposal of the implementation of the controlling via project and recommended controlling tools for the selected company.
