Identifikace hrozeb a příležitostí neziskové organizace

Abstract

Bakalářská práce, nazvaná „Identifikace hrozeb a příležitostí neziskové organizace,“ si klade za cíl identifikovat hrozby a příležitosti organizace Junák – český skaut, z. s., konkrétně skautského střediska Šenov. V práci je provedena strategická analýza skautského střediska Šenov, a to pomocí analýzy vnitřního prostředí tohoto střediska, Porterovy analýzy konkurenčního prostředí organizace a PESTE analýzy. Silné / slabé stránky a příležitosti / hrozby, identifikované pomocí těchto analýz, jsou ohodnoceny pomocí SWOT analýzy. Na základě výsledků této analýzy jsou stanoveny návrhy a doporučení pro analyzované skautské středisko.

The bachelor’s thesis, called “Identification of Threats and Opportunities of Non-Profit Organization,” aims to identify threats and opportunities of the organization Junak – Czech Scouting, in particular the scout center in city Šenov. In this thesis is the strategic analysis of the scout center in city Šenov, with use of the internal analysis, Porter's analysis of the competitive environment and PESTE analysis. Strengths / weaknesses and opportunities / threats identified above are analyzed in SWOT analysis. Based on the results of this analysis, suggestions and recommendations for the analyzed scout center are made.
