Abstract

The thesis deals with a comprehensive design of sanitary installations in a car service building with an administrative section, prepared at the level of documentation for construction. The theoretical part focuses on the possibilities of rainwater utilization and related legislative and technical aspects. The practical part deals with the design of water installations, gas pipelines, sewage and rainwater drainage systems, including internal distribution systems and external connections to the technical infrastructure of the area. Rainwater will be disposed of by infiltration into the geological subsoil. The sanitary installations also include a gas heater for heating the car service workshops. Hot water in the building is provided by a 500-liter indirectly heated tank connected to an air/water heat pump and a photovoltaic power plant. The work includes calculations, technical documentation, and appendices to the ZTI design. An energy performance certificate (EPC) has been prepared for the entire building.
