Analýza bezpečnostního systému na celostátních a regionálních drahách v ČR

Abstract

The work deals with problems of safety risks in rail transport in Czech Republic. Legal theory part introduces the fundamental rules related to security, problems of accidental events, basic concepts and subjects from the railway sector. The work includes statistics and analysis showing current status of security and risk factors, which it influences. The aim is evaluace risks and provide options, how to upgrade or complement existing security protection for reduce effects of accidental events.
