Finanční analýza stavebního podniku

Abstract

The aim of my diploma thesis is the financial analysis of the construction company working at the Czech and Slovak market, and the influence of the financial crisis to its business. In the first, theory part, is described the term "financial analysis", needed data sources for its evaluation and selection of methods. More further on, there are described analyses of absolute, relative and differential indicators. The cash-flow analysis is included as well. In the second part, I'm describing the analysed organization, internal working system, business domain and the leadership standards of the company. In the third, practical part, there is done the complete financial analysis of the chosen company and the evaluation of each specific indicator. I included also the analysis of the structure development of the performed orders during the observed period of time. In the fourth part, I introduce the options of the financial analysis' use to get higher added value and competitivness for the chosen company in the time of financial crisis during the selected period.
