Novostavba Řeckokatolického kostela v Krnově

Abstract

ELIÁŠOVÁ, J. Newly constructed Greek Catholic Church in Krnov: Bachelor Thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2016, 65 p., Thesis head: Bindr, T. The Bachelor thesis called "Newly constructed Greek Catholic Church in Krnov" is a continuation of urbanistic study from subject Studio work III and also of study of the building itself in subject Studio work IV. The aim of the thesis was to create a new center for Greek Catholics in Krnov and its near surroundings, because there is no exclusively Greek Catholic church in Moravian Silesian region. From the urbanistic point of view, the main point was to add a fourth sacral object in the grounds of former textile factory in the center of Krnov. Greek Catholic church is a part of the spiritual whole with solution for the square area and community center for Greek Catholic community, immediately connected to the textile factory.
