Geometrický plán na rozdělení pozemku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vyhotovení geometrického plánu pro rozdělení pozemku. Součástí práce je krátký teoretický popis platné legislativy, měřických technologií a přístrojového vybavení použitých při zaměření změny. Je popsán postup při zaměření změny v terénu, vlastní vyhotovení geometrického plánu a záznamu podrobného měření změn včetně všech dalších náležitostí odpovídajícím právním předpisům. Vyhotovení příloh předložené bakalářské práce musí po ověření úředně oprávněným zeměměřickým inženýrem a potvrzení pracovníkem katastrálního úřadu být spolu s patřičnými listinami podkladem pro zápis změny v souboru popisných a geodetických informací katastru.

The Bachelor’s thesis focuses on preparing a geometric plan for land division. The thesis includes a short theoretical description of the current legislation, measurement technologies, and instrumentation used in the change survey. It describes the procedu re for measuring the change in the field, the actual preparation of the survey sketch, and the documentation of detailed measurements of changes, including all other requirements corresponding to the legislation. After verification by an officially authori sed surveyor and confirmation by an employee of the cadastral office, the annexes of the submitted bachelor thesis, together with the relevant documents, must be the basis for the registration of the change in the descriptive and geodetic information file of the cadastre
