Optimalizace procesu výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů u výrobce topenářské techniky

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis descripts current status and rules for tender and evaluation of suppliers at the Heating Devices Manufacturer VIADRUS a.s.. Content of the theoretical part defines the area of purchase department, tenders process and evaluation of suppliers in the company. The practical part analyzes current status of tender of suitable suppliers and evaluation. A comparison of the analyzed processes with a company of similar size is performed and the possibilities of improvement the tender process and evaluation of the supplier are suggested.
