Komparace výchovného systému mládeže ve vybraných fotbalových klubech

Abstract

The goal of this final thesis is to compare educational systems of two professional soccer clubs with a particular focus on their athletic, organizational, and financial aspects.

The theoretical part of this study outlines fundamental terms and their definitions as presented in specialized publications.

The practical part presents two professional soccer clubs; 1. FC Slovacko and SK Sigma Olomouc. Subsequently, this section analyzes the phenomena that have been obtained through personal observation. This analysis provides us with an overview of how effective these educational systems are.

The conclusion summarizes observed results and outcomes and evaluates the goal of thesis.
