Abstract

ONDERKOVÁ, Vendula. Kritická infrastruktura silniční dopravy. [Diplomová práce]. Ostrava. Vysoká škola báňská - Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2017. 75 s. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na kritickou infrastrukturu silniční dopravy. Cílem práce je vytvoření návrhu postupu určování prvků kritické infrastruktury v pododvětví silniční dopravy, pro využití Ministerstva dopravy České republiky. Teoretická část práce je věnována deskripci kritické infrastruktury, deskripci silniční infrastruktury v České republice a deskripci určování prvků kritické infrastruktury. Analytická část se zabývá stávajícími procesy určování prvků kritické infrastruktury, subjekty zapojenými do určování silniční kritické infrastruktury a infrastrukturou silniční dopravy v České republice. V závěru práce je navržen postup určování prvků kritické infrastruktury., který je bází zvyšování odolnosti kritické infrastruktury v oblasti silniční dopravy.

This thesis is focused on the critical infrastructure of road transport. The aim is to create a design procedure for determining critical infrastructure elements of road transport sub-sector for the use of the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic. The teoretical part is devoted to the description of the determination of elements of critical infrastructure. The analytical part deals with existing processes determining elements of critical infrastructure entites involved into determining the critical infrastructure of road transport and road transport infrastructure in the Czech Republic. In conclusion, it is suggested to determine the elements of critical infrastructure, which is the base building resilience of critical infrastructure in the field of road transport.
