Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of crisis management. Its goal is to explain poss-ible reasons for a crisis in the context of general industrial works, to describe its development and to offer possible preventive measures and also strategies for s successful crisis solution. Furthermore, the thesis explains the difference between a standard and crisis management as well as several terms used in value and procedural maps.
