Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of building savings and mortgage credit programs, and the implementation of the gained findings onto a specific family example.

The first part of the thesis consists of the definition of the theory of housing financing, its legal definition and the establishment of key parameters of the individual financial products.

The second part defines selected building savings and mortgage credit programs on the Czech market. These financial products are compared in accordance with the pre-set parameters.

The third part of the thesis deals with the comparison of these two financial instruments. A selected client is offered an optimal housing financing option according to his ideas and financial options.
