Analýza konkurence softwaru pro uveřejňování veřejných zakázek

Abstract

The theme of bachelor's thesis is the competitive analysis of software for publishing public procurement. The specific software is profile of tendering authority, which is run by company LEKTOR INTERMEDIA, Ltd. The main aim of the research is comparison between website profilezadavatele.cz, run by this company, and competitors, that were chosen in preliminary research. In theoretical part is described the competitive analysis, marketing mix of services including marketing communication on the internet and public procurement with profile of tendering authority. In practical part has been done primary research by means of evaluation sheet, which consists of 5 categories, and there were used benchmarking and mystery mailing methods. Subsequently, the acquired data were analysed and there were suggested possible solutions and recommendations based on attained results in individual categories.
